This notice explains what information this website collects, why, and how it is handled. It covers the website only; the Agency’s full data-protection notice under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 applies to all loan applications.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone number or email address, the subject and your message.
- Cooperative registration: the cooperative’s name, registration number, number of members, local government area, main activity, and the president’s name and phone number.
- Repayment calculator: nothing. Calculations happen in your browser and are not sent to us.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry or to contact your cooperative about group lending. We do not sell or share this information for marketing.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored privately on the Agency’s website system and are visible only to authorised Agency staff. They are never shown publicly.
Cookies
The public pages of this website do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Staff who sign in to manage the website receive a login cookie.
The map on the Contact page loads from OpenStreetMap only when you click “Show interactive map”. OpenStreetMap then receives your IP address, as with any website you visit.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have given us. Use the contact form and choose “Other” as the subject.
