Applications are free. The Agency never asks for payment to “process” or “fast-track” a loan — report anyone who does.

How to stay safe

• Apply only through this website or at an official Agency office.
• Never pay anyone to submit, speed up or approve your application.
• Never share your BVN, NIN, bank PIN or one-time passwords by phone, SMS or social media.
• Agency loans are paid only into a bank account in your own or your business’s name.

Report a suspected scam

If someone asks you for money in the Agency’s name, use the contact form and choose “Complaint” as the subject. Include the person’s name, phone number and what they asked for.
